Update: Now that I've blown an Achilles and can't really play tennis anymore they went and did a ton of work to these courts and they look AMAZING! They are flat, crack-free, weed-free, largely dirt-feee, and best of all, seem to be pickle-ball free! Old post: Good neighborhood courts. Do get pretty dirty due to stuff falling out of surrounding trees, but well enough maintained.

Three courts. Good surface condition although the south side of the courts get a lot of debris from the trees making them slippery at times. There is a wood wall to practice alone. Least crowded in the mornings.

Just three courts here. Not perfect—some bits of the surface or concrete have cracked. Balls can easily get lost between a backboard and fence. And be careful—there’s a steep drop off behind the courts. But those are the only major downsides. It’s not as busy of a court so I like that. It’s near a public park restroom (just up the hill). There’s usually parking on the street but it’s conveniently located for most Queen Anne residents. There’s a playground nearby for the kids. It has lots of tree-provided shade in morning and evening. Good, useful, playable spot.

The actual address near 2799-2701 1st Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119, USA We got here around 1:30 in the afternoon on weekdays all three courts were empty. Beautiful quite location and free street parking

Accessible in Queene Anne, and wasn't busy when we showed up at about 9:30 that morning. Three courts available and a backboard to hit on. No lights, so night play isn't doable. Courts were in pretty good shape and well painted. There are trees around the edges of the courts so expect just a little debris to make it on the courts.
